The Gemini Sun Sagittarius Full Moon (slight lunar eclipse)  also called the rose moon or flower moon fulfills and opens the lines of communication (Gemini ) and the need to expand the message (Sagittarius)-growth, new territory, new horizons, the bigger picture from the familiar everyday to the stones not yet unturned.  This Full Moon in full effect  and view for North America is also considered the Gypsy Moon, with the Sagittarius rambling and roaming, moving on to the next port in a string of long journeys “into the great white open”.  For Sagittarius its “go big or go home” and this Full Moon is also a Supermoon, perigee with its closest approach to earth.

The turn is on Gemini and the use of words. The Full Moon turns hazy and dazy as it squares Neptune which spells confusion, uncertainty setting up an opportunity for deception, hiding the facts, skirting the issues and blurring the boundaries. Scandals are galore with some certain mayors of prominent cities (Toronto) messing with drugs smoking crack although maybe he didn’t inhale like other past presidents hadn’t.  Neptune shows issues with water and in Montreal the safety of the water to drink and flooding rising in BC.

This conjunction sits without any aspects except a sesquisquare to a Saturn leg to stand on giving some grounding and pulling the reigns back on this lazy trio that focuses on communication (Mercury) and relationships (Venus) in a big way (Jupiter).  Mercury is at home in Gemini operating in its most optimal form where reason, logic, objectivity and an impersonal approach with exceptional vocabulary and a built in thesaurus.  Venus in aspect to Mercury shows attractive writing, communications and engaging powers of developing relationships-for me a neighbor cat who is really wanting to develop a relationship with mine by persistent communication through the walls.  Gemini rules the hands-with Venus in Gemini-attractive hands or time for a manicure.

The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Taurus proved to be the calm before the Full Moon in Sagittarius storm as Uranus Pluto made a 3rd exact hit Monday May 20th followed by the devastating Oklahoma tornado storm.  Just before Uranus Pluto made its first hit in 2011, the largest tornado outbreak ever recorded with an extremely destructive stream of Tornadoes hit the tornado belt in the US. Uranus square Pluto reached its peak again but subsides quickly out of orb in the next few weeks which is a relief as opposed to its first full hit last year where Uranus and Pluto rode close together in orb for several months.

Uranus can indicate freak accidents, incidents and weather conditions as well as anxiety and the jitters with a pressing need for change, shake up, crumbling and destruction to structures (Pluto Capricorn) and bursts of rage with Pluto.   Mars will move over Algol triggering the Uranus Pluto square which also teams up a punch of aggravation and aggression. Watch impulsive moves and angry, stubborn reactions and road ragers where we saw the severe brutality of this aspect in the Woolwich terrorist attack in England this week, rioters in Sweden as well as an earthquake in California.

Uranus Pluto sits at the 11th degree point, a sensitive point to pay attention to especially in cardinal degrees.  I have an ASC at this degree in Capricorn with Uranus traveling through my 3rd house and it has shown already with a few very shifty, shady characters in my orbit in traffic, travel, neighborhoods and a bridge collapse on a highway I often travel as well and learned many of the bridges in this state (Washington) are deficient.

The song from the Doors “Riders on the Storm” was singing along on the radio while I was actually driving in a severe rain storm that turned quite dangerous as it literally blinded me (Neptune) on a mountain highway road I was not familiar with (Venus was square Neptune) and the Moon was square Uranus Pluto. I knew I was up against some trouble while traveling.  I had picked this CD to take with me on this road trip yet left it behind and for some reason it kept following me, ringing in my ears.  A few days later I had heard that the founder of the band, the Doors, passed away.  One in many of the premonitions I get often before a major incident such as the Tornado.

The Moon, ruling Cancer, rules over the breasts and Cancer rules over family.  Angelina has a Cancer rising, with Venus over her ASC (rising). Cancer is protective and in her case, her livelihood in order to be there for her family and children.  Brad Pitt’s chart also shows some of the effects with his Capricorn stellium (Mercury Capricorn ruling relationships) with his Jupiter in his 4th (home) house under the Uranus Pluto transit.  Brad just went through his Chiron return in Pisces which squares his ASC/DESC showing the wound surface around relationships. No richness, beauty or fame can buy or give good health, the greatest richness.  Can’t buy love and can’t buy health.

Political shake up  showing with Prime Minister Harper, the Conservative party and the red chamber under the gun and in a downward spiral.  His Mercury (communications) in Aries tsquare Saturn Mars is being hit by Uranus Pluto, Uranus pushing for the truth and full disclosure and no more Neptune mixed messages slipping and falling through the cracks.  I anticipated he would have issues as transit Saturn (accountability) and the eclipses activate his natal grand square Sun Taurus, Uranus Leo, Moon Aquarius and Neptune Scorpio.

A water trine is a must mention as Saturn Scorpio and Neptune Pisces build to a grand trine with Mercury Venus Jupiter in Cancer in June, July.  Anyone born end of April, June, August, October and February will find this grand trine building to be an especially fine time to coast bringing in a wonderful introduction to Jupiter moving into Cancer with a hopeful and blissful summer to look forward to in July although there will be some tensions as the Cancer planets, namely Mars and Jupiter activate the Uranus Pluto square most noticeably in August 2013.
