Neptune rules over the 12th house and can have a weakening influence giving this a time for rehab to rest, retreat and restore, especially as Gemini frazzled nerves need to tune out the noise and static. Mercury is in its shadow period ready to turn retrograde in Cancer June 7th back into Gemini to turn direct July 2nd, so as far as delays, we are not out of the woods yet and can anticipate that mid July is when we can really ramp it up again.
Mercury ruled Gemini in a challenging aspect can operate over the top with TMI (too much information), monkey mind harboring toxic thoughts, gossip, busy body, minding everyone’s business and scattering forces taking on more than you can chew and can turn into debilitating mental illness as was again tragically witnessed in the recent California shooting. The shooter was crying for help in his open disclosure as a red flag of his distress and was in mental health for many years. His chart was riddled with challenge both natally and in transits, very difficult to manage at his age.
