This Lunar Eclipse (Harvest Moon) in Pisces is a shape shifter as much is passing away with cycles, changing and morphing into new ones. We are in a time where energies of cycles within cycles are in a closing phase, more about planning, strategy, visioning and not so much about making great strides and conquering, hence all the back peddling and uncertainty, unknowns in the world, feeling at the mercy of something greater than one can see, thus requiring much trust and inner knowing. The next few years are setting up for the next great new beginning cycle (Saturn Pluto conjunction) so it can feel like we are being pulled into a tide, sponging and absorbing many energies and frequencies, getting caught up in a collective pool of what ifs.
The Lunar Eclipse in Pisces joins Chiron Pisces and forms a tsquare with Mars Sagittarius while opposing Mercury Virgo retrograde essentially a carry through of the Solar Eclipse in Virgo, leaving a trail of putrid with a sickening feeling, weakness, wounds (Chiron) reaching a boiling point, inflammation, burnout (Mars). Mars in Sagittarius could mean issues around hips, pelvis and lots of truthing (last time Mars was retrograde in Sagittarius I got doored riding my bike into a car door putting out my pelvis). This difficult energy proves what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Hard energy is where all the gold is with the lessons. Hard energy forces to work the energy which in turn fine tunes and polishes into a shiny diamond, the stuff of courage, heroes (movie “Sully”, 911 remembrance).
This Lunar Eclipse in Pisces falls over Hillary Clinton’s Pisces Moon and aligns with her difficult Mars signature. Her Moon is in Pisces in the 4th house (private), hence her need to keep any sign of weakness well hidden while soldiering on with challenge (Mars) and thus overwork and over schedule. Her Pisces Moon being hit by this eclipse just gave out with an illness, forcing her to accept and show some vulnerability.
The Lunar Eclipse in Pisces is a time for a water ritual and affirmation. Find some rest, retreat and quiet. Play some healing music, surrender your woes, forgive and be kind to yourself. Immerse in water, shower or swim and recite:

The Lunar Eclipse in Pisces (ruled by Neptune) is over the south node which is still having recall to the past, memories, going back “reeling in the years” and ruminating those good years and not so good years. Toxins are now resurfacing in order to release them with a soul cry for help to allow a universe intervention. During this time much is shifting in the unconscious pool, stirring up soul matter, making many feel uneasy with the unknown. Pisces is always about trusting a higher voice or intuition, even if you can’t quite grasp its meaning, and sends those serendipitous messages, tuning into synchronicity, to let you know you are on track.
The lunacy is ever more emphasized with the messiness of life, where much must be thrown up in the air before the dust settles. The downside with the Pisces influence is one spiraling circular trips that can’t get a handle on direction or purpose. Uncertainty gets in the way of not trusting an inner guide, center and compass. Those with a strong Pisces or Neptune influence tend to empathic sensitivity with loose boundaries, sponging energies and not being able to separate and distinguish between real and imagined, taking on others emotions, toxicity and fears to their detriment (emotional vampires).
Saturn square Neptune has finally passed and moved on Sept 10th. The main thrust of this energy pattern was major fanaticism (terrorist acts), poor judgement, blind leading the blind, being duped, led astray, falling prey to cons and fatigue. We saw it in the election process which is now turning over new information to steer judgement in the right direction.
Venus in Libra further softens the eclipse with a focus on beauty, refinement, relationships and grace. The relationship bank account may be checked with “before you accuse me”…of all the things I don’t do for you, think about “what have (haven’t) you done for me lately”. Venus opposes Uranus, where relationships could get off the love train for a bit or on another track fancying a bit of change or disruption to make things interesting. Venus makes a nice sextile with Mars accenting pleasing, amicable relations with harmonious, sexual stimulation.
Jupiter moved into Libra for its year stay (12 year cycle). Jupiter Libra will focus on balance, cooperation, collaboration, building bridges and partnerships. Jupiter is the great benefic but is not always lucky as Jupiter expands so anything in Libra can get problematic (too many carbs and sweets, diabetes, kidney issues, passive aggression, back stabbing, low back issues). Libra is an air sign, where Jupiter Libra will favor all air signs (Aquarius Gemini Libra) as well as fire signs (Aries Leo Sagittarius).
